Starts off quite friendly, then turns violent.

Please watch, very good information as US try every which way to pin something on Russia. This time they are preparing Ukraine for a Dirty Bomb for a possible false flag in the near future.

This incident hit all the alternative media sites and wasn’t much mentioned on any mainstream media outlets, funny that. The aforementioned decorated soldier was drunk driving an APC and careered into a group of civilians. The eight year child died of her injuries.

So the Golden Bottle of Medov Classic Award for thinking out the box of ways of killing people goes to Senior Lieutenant Marian Rak.

So, this Ukrainian justice.

From RT

Rak was of the two drunk Ukrainian soldiers who, driving a heavy armored vehicle, ran over three people on the sidewalk. A young mother was walking with two children: 5-month-old baby in a stroller and 8-year-old girl Polina. Polina died on the spot, while the mother and the baby were taken to the hospital.

Before slamming into the unsuspecting pedestrians, the armored machine crossed the lawn between the road and sidewalk, hitting two electricity poles.

Locals at the time confirmed that both soldiers, who fled the scene, were so drunk that they could hardly stand on their feet.

Immediately following the accident, an angry crowd started gathering at the scene. Later at night, locals started a riot and burned the army barracks down, demanding that Kiev troops leave the city. The protest however was suppressed by authorities who were allowed to open fire on any provocateurs inciting violence.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko should be worried, as things are getting hot on the streets of Kiev amid the standoff between the Ukrainian government and the Neo-Nazi radical group Right Sector.

The extremist group said Poroshenko won’t be able to flee from the country in the event of a coup, as did his predecessor Viktor Yanukovych in February of 2014, the Voice of America (VOA) reported, citing Artem Skoropadsky, the press secretary of the Right Sector.

“If there’s a new revolution, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and his supporters won’t be able to escape from the country, as did the previous president. They can’t expect anything, but an execution in some dark basement carried out by a group of young Ukrainian soldiers or members of the National Guard,” Skoropadsky warned the current president, as quoted by VOA.

Last week, the Right Sector openly challenged the government after a violent skirmish with police in the town of Mukachevo. The incident left three men dead and 13 wounded.

Kiev declared a manhunt operation. In response, the Right Sector staged rallies across Ukrainian cities, including Kiev, demanding the resignation of Interior Minister Arsen Avakov.Currently, there is a split between the Kiev regime and the union of several nationalist groups led by the Right Sector. Interestingly, a year and a half ago, Petro Poroshenko’s team and the Right Sector worked together during the Maidan protests ousting previous president Yanukovych.

After the last year coup, the nationalists went to Donbass planning to annihilate Donbass residents who opposed Poroshenko’s government. Kiev was actively supporting the nationalists fighting in the eastern part of the country, but the government never had full control over these radical groups.

Having started collaborating with the Right Sector for the Donbass war, the Ukrainian government is now in some kind of a trap. On the one hand, Kiev needs radicals to wage the war in the east, on the other hand, the Right Sector discredits Ukraine for its Western partners. The nationalists ended up with lots of arms and battlefield experience, and now they’re strong enough to openly challenge the government.

The Right Sector poses a threat of further escalation. Citing the group’s spokesperson, Der Spiegel said that the nationalists were ready to send two armed formations to Kiev. Two of their units are stationed in Donbass, and there are 18 or 19 more battalions awaiting orders.

On Monday during a briefing of the National Council for Security and Defense, Poroshenko demanded that the Interior Ministry, the Security Service of Ukraine, and other law enforcement agencies disarm all illegal armed groups operating in Ukraine. The Right Sector refused to lay down arms saying it is not an illegal armed formation, but “a volunteer corps which protects the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Ukrainian nation.”

The Right Sector was formed as a coalition of nationalist and neo-Nazi organizations during the Maidan protests in Kiev at the end of 2013. In November 2014, Russia’s Supreme Court blacklisted the Right Sector as an extremist organization and banned its activity in Russia. Earlier, Russia launched a criminal case against leader Dmitry Yarosh for public incitement of terrorism.

Award-winning Serbian director and musician Emir Kusturica believes that when Washington eventually starts World War III, RT will become one of its first and primary targets, being an extremely powerful weapon challenging US state propaganda.

In an article published by the Serbian daily Politika, Kusturica has aligned RT with Russia’s most powerful weapons, specifically the SS-18, an intercontinental ballistic missile which NATO is calling “Satan”:“The devil never comes alone! At the same time with this rocket and numerous other innovations, the TV Channel RT has also appeared among the Russian arsenal.”

The RT network, Kusturica says, is destroying the “Hollywood-CNN stereotype of the good and bad guys, where blacks, Hispanics, Russians, Serbs are the villains, and white Americans, wherever you look, are OK!”

“[US Secretary of State] Kerry and the congressmen are bothered by the fact that RT sends signals that the world is not determined by the inevitability of liberal capitalism, that the US is leading the world into chaos, that Monsanto is not producing healthy food, that Coca-Cola is ideal for cleaning automobile alloys and [is] not for the human stomach, that in Serbia the percentage of people who die from cancer has risen sharply due to the 1999 NATO bombings … that the fingerprints of the CIA are on the Ukrainian crisis, and that Blackwater fired at the Ukrainian police, and not Maidan activists,” the filmmaker wrote.

Most of what Kusturica mentions in the article, indeed, are topics RT covers extensively… except maybe Coca-Cola’s cleaning properties.

RT is a real threat to US state propaganda as it reaches Americans “in their own homes, in perfect English, better than they use on CNN.” And that is why, according to the director, Washington could get fed up and seek to silence RT by force – much like NATO did to Serbian state TV in April 1999.

In turn, Kusturica predicts, Moscow would destroy CNN, which he considers the flag-bearer of pro-American propaganda: “CNN in direct transmissions assures that since the 1990s America has been leading humanitarian actions, and not wars, and that its military planes rain angels, not bombs!”

Until the Pentagon resorts to force, Kusturica believes, “RT will ever more demystify the American Dream and in primetime will reveal the truth hidden for decades from the eyes and hearts of average Americans.”

Born in what is today Bosnia-Herzegovina, Emir Kusturica is a 60-year-old Serbian filmmaker, actor and musician. He has won numerous international awards for his films, and was appointed Serbia’s ambassador to UNICEF in 2007.

‘Reuters lied’: MH17 witness says reporter falsified testimony

A Lugansk Region resident, whom Reuters cites as saying he saw evidence of a surface-to-air missile launched from rebel-held territory on the day MH17 was downed, told RT the news agency gave a false report of his interview.

As a part of a March report on the Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 tragedy Reuters talked to Pyotr Fedotov, a 58-year-old resident of the village Chervonniy Zhovten in the Lugansk Region of eastern Ukraine.

When interviewed by Reuters, Fedotov, the witness who described the ‘wiggling’ rocket, at first said on camera that it was fired from territory held by the Ukrainian army. Later, off camera, he said it was launched from a nearby rebel area. Asked why he had originally said the opposite, he said it was because he was afraid of the rebels,” the news agency said.

RT contacted Fedotov and he said that Reuters correspondent Anton Zverev was “less than accurate” with his testimony.

“When we talked about the Boeing on camera, I explained everything as it was. The things that I allegedly said off-camera were just made up by the journalist. It’s all lies. Off-camera, we never discussed the Boeing,” Fedotov told RT.

He added that the Reuters journalist contacted him after taking the interview, but never showed him a draft of the article. Instead he was asking whether Fedotov had got into trouble for speaking to him.

“The journalist called me and asked if I was in trouble. I was really surprised. Why would I be in trouble if I told the truth? And then my friends told me in the article I was saying different things when the cameras were on and off. That’s when I understood why he was asking if I was in trouble,” the witness explained.

“So it’s mere fantasy from the journalist or maybe he was doing it for his own benefit,” he added.

RT’s request to Reuters for comments on the controversy and raw footage of Fedotov’s interview was not replied to as of publication of this article.

Reuters’ reporting was not based solely on Fedotov’s testimony. The agency cited three other eyewitnesses from the village, but only Fedotov was cited as pointing to either side of the conflict as firing the missile. The report emphasized that the eyewitness accounts didn’t conclusively prove that the rocket they saw was the one that downed Flight MH17.

Earlier in March, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov condemned the Reuters report of witnesses’ statements, saying it “looked like a stovepiping.” The top diplomat also then said that questions posed by Russia’s officials remained unanswered, saying there have been no promised images from American satellites or recordings of Ukrainian air traffic controllers’ communications with the plane.

The Malaysian Boeing 777 airliner was downed over eastern Ukraine on July 17 last year, killing 298 people on board. The incident became an instant controversy, with Ukraine and its Western backers accused rebel forces and Russia of being behind the downing.

READ MORE: Ukraine media falsely claim Dutch prosecutors accused Russia of MH17 downing

An investigation into the incident is being conducted by the Netherlands, but the preliminary report released last year didn’t point even to a kind of weapon used in the downing of the aircraft, only that an outside force destroyed it mid-air.

Russia called not to jump to conclusions and made military radar data public which indicated the presence of Ukrainian surface-to-air batteries and warplanes in the area on the day of the Boeing shooting.

Earlier Ukrainian media falsely claimed that Dutch investigators concluded that MH17 had been shot down by the rebels with a Buk missile, citing a report in the Dutch media that outlined the popular theory, but didn’t claim it to be proven. Dutch prosecutors told RT at the time that the investigation had not been concluded.

So this is what we’ve come to expect from the far right wing Nazi armies that threaten not only the people of the Donbass but also the current USA led Government. The independant Nazi battalions have already made threats towards Poroshenko and Yatsenyuk to march into Maidan and take over the Verkhovna Rada.

The commander and 8 fighters from battalion “Tornado” have been detained for torture and rape of residents of Lugansk region

On June 17  the commander and eight fighters of the notorious so-called special purpose patrol service battalion “Tornado” have been detained.

This was reported to UNN agency in the Main military prosecutor’s office of Ukraine.

Among the detainees — the commander and soldiers of “Tornado” company, who were previously repeatedly sentenced for serious crimes. Now the commander is suspected of organizing a criminal gang on the basis of police company for the purpose of committing such crimes as rape, torture, kidnapping of the inhabitants of the Lugansk region, who live on the territory controlled by Ukraine. These crimes have been recorded on cell phones of the soldier-suspects of “Tornado” company.

Criminal proceedings have been initiated under articles 255, 365, 146 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.

Also the Main military prosecutor’s office reported that the acting company commander refused to allow investigators to conduct searches of the territory of “Tornado” company.

Currently the commander of “Tornado” is under arrest.

“Tornado” is a gang created by the infamous Ruslan Onishchenko, nicknamed “Abelmas” — the criminal chief of Torez and former head of the disbanded for atrocities against the civilian population in Donbass, “Shakhtersk” battalion .

Earlier Onishchenko was in the headlines due to a leak from “Cyberberkut”, which published his promises that every fighter of his gang after victory will receive a kopanka [a small illegal coal mine] in Donbass and two slaves from among the local residents.

KR: Recent events in Ukraine indicate a coordinated attempt to draw a line between the current Kiev authorities and their faithful servants, notorious for their atrocities and embarrassing ideology, whose services are no longer required after a successful coup and a failed attempt to capture Donbass. Reports of their atrocities are getting harder to deny and  hide and don’t show the Kiev junta in a good light. Who wins in this battle between the moderate and the radical neo-Nazis remains to be seen.

But unfortunately what escapes common attention is that the sentiments expressed by these elements were the reason why Donbass rebelled (against it’s own annihilation).

Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko requests the supreme court of Ukraine to declare that his predecessor, Viktor Yanukovych, was overthrown by an illegal operation; in other words, that the post-Yanukovych government, including Poroshenko’s own Presidency, came into power from a coup, not from something democratic, not from any authentic constitutional process at all.

In a remarkable document, which is not posted at the English version of the website of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, but which is widely reported outside the United States, including Russia, Poroshenko, in Ukrainian (not in English), has petitioned the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (as it is being widely quoted in English):

“I ask the court to acknowledge that the law ‘on the removal of the presidential title from Viktor Yanukovych’ as unconstitutional.”

I had previously reported, and here will excerpt, Poroshenko’s having himself admitted prior to 26 February 2014, to the EU’s investigator, and right after the February 22nd overthrow of Yanukovych, that the overthrow was a coup, and that it was even a false-flag operation, in which the snipers, who were dressed as if they were Ukrainian Security Bureau troops, were actually not, and that, as the EU’s investigator put his finding to the EU’s chief of foreign affairs Catherine Ashton [and with my explanatory annotations here]:

“the same oligarch [Poroshenko — and so when he became President he already knew this] told that well, all the evidence shows that the people who were killed by snipers, from both sides, among policemen and people from the streets, [this will shock Ashton, who had just said that Yanukovych had masterminded the killings] that they were the same snipers, killing people from both sides [so, Poroshenko himself knows that his regime is based on a false-flag U.S.-controlled coup d’etat against his predecessor]. … Behind the snipers, it was not Yanukovych, but it was somebody from the new coalition.”

This was when Ashton first learned that the myth that Yanukovych had been overthrown as a result of public outrage at his having rejected the EU’s offer of membership to Ukraine was just a hoax. (Actually, the planning for this coup was already under way in the U.S. Embassy by at least early 2013, well prior to Yanukovych’s EU decision. Furthermore, the Ukrainian public’s approval of the government peaked right after Yanukovych announced his rejection of the EU’s offer, but then the U.S.-engineered“Maidan” riots caused that approval to plunge.)

If the Court grants Poroshenko’s petition, then the appointment of Arseniy Yatsenyuk by the U.S. State Department’s Victoria Nuland on 4 February 2014, which was confirmed by the Ukrainian parliament (or Rada) at the end of the coup on February 26th, and the other appointments which were made, including that of Oleksandr Turchynov to fill in for Yanukovych as caretaker President until one of the junta’s chosen candidates would be ‘elected’ on May 25th of 2014, which ‘election’ Poroshenko won — all of this was illegal.

However, this illegality had already been known. It was already explained in detail on 28 February 2014, that, “Yanukovych’s removal was unconstitutional.” That’s for lawyers; but, now, finally, Ukraine’s Constitutional Court is faced with the shocking predicament of Ukraine’s own President, who won his post as a result of this coup, requesting them to “acknowledge” that it was a coup, much as the founder of the “private CIA” firm Stratfor had even called it, “the most blatant coup in history.” (It was that because the authentic video and other evidence of its having been a Washington job was so massive.)

Also in the news now is that Dmitriy Yarosh‘s Right Sector — the same group that Washington had hired for the coup and for the ethnic cleansing campaign in Ukraine’s former Donbass region — have announced that they will assemble in Kiev on July 3rd to overthrow Petroshenko unless he restarts right now the war against Donbass. The people whom Washington paid to oust Yanukovych are planning to do the same to Poroshenko. There is a struggle inside the Obama Administration about how far they can successfully go with their Ukrainian nazis not formally leading the country.

Washington is having a hard time keeping in line the Ukrainian nazis upon whom Washington’s plan for Ukraine has been based. Ukraine’s nazis are thirsting for Russian blood, and want to slake their thirst faster than the Obama Administration is willing to go along with. Washington’s previous “F—k the EU!” hasn’t worked as well as they had hoped. There is thus increasingly bad blood between the Obama Administration and the Ukrainian enforcers upon whom Obama has been relying.

Basically, Poroshenko now is torn between the EU, on one side, and Ukraine’s well-armed nazis, on the other; and, thus far, the ultimate decider, U.S. President Obama, who has needed cooperation both from Ukraine’s nazis and from the EU, in order for his Ukrainian gambit against Russia to work, is on the fence between those two sides. John Kerry sides with the EU; Victoria Nuland sides with the nazis. But Obama himself hasn’t yet played his hand.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko appealed to the country’s constitutional court, asking the court to recognize the ousting of former President Viktor Yanukovych in February 2014 as illegitimate.

“I ask the court to acknowledge that the law ‘on the removal of the presidential title from Viktor Yanukovych’ as unconstitutional,” Poroshenko said in a court statement published on the website of the Ukrainian constitutional court.

The current Ukrainian president said the law violates the constitution, according to which the President of Ukraine is protected by law and his title remains with him forever. He also added that by enacting the law in February of 2014, the parliament of Ukraine undermined the constitution.

Wherever Blair goes, it underlines the fact that something is about to go rotten hence his appearence in Ukraine. If people still don’t understand that something is not right with the Ukraine situation here’s your proof.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has invited former British PM Tony Blair to “share his experience of public administration” on an international council of European public figures advising Kiev on government reforms.

After meeting with Poroshenko in Kiev, the former UK leader told reporters that Ukraine faced “great challenges” from “Russian aggression” and “corruption.” Blair, who was prime minister from 1997 to 2007, also called on Ukrainian leaders to follow “not self-interest but values” such as “freedom, democracy and a desire to serve the people.”
